Why Do You Need to Meditate?

You are not trapped by the fatal thought of your past and you are not preoccupied by the uncertainty that is the future. Mindfulness helps you get yourself grounded and in touch with your true element as a person.

You have to be in touch with the present away from the shackling and caging thoughts of your past and misgive future. Living in the present is a gift that only few people can do.
